Managing Director, Clare Calver has over 20 years’ experience in the human resource and people development field, with significant experience with global mining houses, both at an operational and corporate level, and more broadly through her successful consulting business. Clare has worked for several global companies across Africa, where she was privileged to be immersed in diverse cultures that have enriched her approach to business strategy, implementation and change management.

Clare has a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Natal as well as other relevant post graduate qualifications. She completed a Futures Studies programme through the University of Stellenbosch in 2019, which broadened her scope of practice in business foresight and strategic planning.

An experienced business executive with over 20 years of corporate experience with multinational organisations involved in the supply chain to the global Mining and Industrial sectors. Alistair is an engineer and Certified Director with broad business experience across leadership, sales and project management.

His key focus is working with client executive teams to develop and internally manage strategic projects that are aimed at ensuring sustainability and optimizing business performance into the future.

With more than 25 years working experience. Judy is a senior consultant and Industrial/Organizational Psychologist providing expertise across the HR lifecycle, such as organisational diagnostics, individual, team and organisational development, talent and leadership development & management, performance management, psychometric assessments, bespoke organisational surveys and employee wellness. She has also provided expertise for Psycho-Legal/Medico-Legal matters since 2018.

Judy has diverse experience that is targeted toward assisting companies and their employees achieve organisational and individual goals across the disciplines of functional areas of the greater business.
